These Terms govern your use of ReviewReply AI (the "Service"), operated by Review Reply ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

1. The service

ReviewReply AI lets you paste a customer review and generates suggested reply drafts using artificial intelligence, along with tools to store business profiles, templates and reply history. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam or deceptive review manipulation;
• generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes or malware;
• attempt to jailbreak, probe, scrape, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• resell or redistribute the Service outside of your permitted plan.

3. AI-generated content

You are responsible for the review text and instructions you submit, for confirming you have the rights to that content, and for reviewing every generated reply before publishing it. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation and are not legal, financial or professional advice. We may filter, refuse or moderate outputs, and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms. Rights holders can contact us to request takedown of infringing content; repeat infringers will lose access.

4. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these Terms.

10. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here. Disputes are handled by the courts of the jurisdiction in which Review Reply is established.
